PHYSIOTHERAPY
We offer the most comprehensive physiotherapy services in the region. Ranging from post surgery management to various muscle and joint problems, our physiotherapists are qualified and experienced in treating clients with numerous conditions. We also offer ultrasound, electrotherapy and shockwave treatment for specific cases.
BACK TO SPORTS REHAB / FITNESS PROGRAMME
It is a must for individuals to undergo advanced strengthening exercise and functional training before returning to sports activities after an injury. Our sports rehab therapists help clients to overcome difficulties when training to return to their specific sports. Though a division on its own, our back to sports and fitness department collaborates strongly with the physiotherapists to ensure a smooth recovery path for our clients.
ATHLETIC / HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS UNIT
The unit offers individualised programme for injured athletes, performance enhancement programme for athletes with ambitions as well as injury prevention programme for sports teams or individual athletes. We also offer on field medical coverages for sports events.
SPORTS LAB UNIT
We offer a range of assessment to evaluate your muscle strength, endurance, general fitness level and also cardiovascular fitness level. The tests available are Bluetooth Myofeedback test, Dynamometer test, Sahrmann Core Stability test and PNOE test.
