D'Smart Centre was established in 2012 with a vision of becoming a leading provider of Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, and Rehabilitation services. We are committed to delivering evidence-based physiotherapy, comprehensive rehabilitation, and personalised fitness programs that help individuals recover, perform, and live healthier, more active lives.

Our mission extends beyond treatment—we strive to promote an active and healthy society by encouraging lifelong participation in sports, exercise, and physical activity. Our main centre features two dedicated floors housing a fully equipped Physiotherapy Department, a multipurpose rehabilitation and exercise area, and a modern Fitness Unit, providing an integrated approach to recovery, performance, and wellness under one roof.

In October 2022, D'Smart Centre expanded with the opening of our second branch at Glomac Galeria Commercial Plaza, Desa Sri Hartamas, bringing our expert physiotherapy and rehabilitation services closer to the growing Hartamas community.

Continuing our commitment to making quality care more accessible, we proudly opened our third branch at Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara, on 10 October 2024. This expansion enables us to serve even more individuals seeking professional physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement services.
